All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Aotearoa New Zealand.

New Zealand: $10 flat rate
Australia: $20 flat rate
International: $35 flat rate

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
If an item is made to order or part of a limited release, processing times may vary — this will be noted on the product page.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of TAYI pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
your item arrives damaged
you receive the incorrect item
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, but we will always support you in locating your parcel.
